Your hand tied bouquet can stay in its packaging for up to 2 days. Top up the water daily by slowly pouring through the centre. After 2 days, remove the packaging, cut stems at a 45 degree angle, remove foliage below the water line, add flower food to a clean vase, fill three quarters with water, then place in a cool spot.
Remove the packaging and use a clean vase. Cut about 1 inch off each stem at a 45 degree angle and remove foliage below the water line. Fill the vase three quarters with fresh water, keep away from radiators, direct sunlight and draughts, and top up with fresh water daily.
Top up the arrangement daily with fresh water, pouring slowly into the container. Place on a mat rather than directly onto polished surfaces.
Keep flowers cool and out of direct heat and sunlight. Remove fading blooms as you go. Lily pollen can stain, dab with sticky tape and never use water. Wash hands after handling flowers, as some stems can irritate sensitive skin. Berries may stain and should not be eaten.
