Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our shop online and add any flowers or gifts you wish to buy to your basket. After you have finished your selection, click Checkout and you will be asked for the details we need to complete your order.
We accept most debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider may convert the transaction into your local currency. You may also place and pay for orders over the phone by calling us.
Because flowers are perishable and many designs are made to order for a specific delivery date, cancellations or changes may not be possible once preparation has started. Orders cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Order confirmation indicates we have received your order. A contract exists once payment has been processed and we have accepted the order. This protects us if a pricing error has occurred or if we are unable to supply a specific item. If we need to make a change, we will contact you first.
Orders received before our same day cut off time, Monday to Saturday, may be delivered the same day where available. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date. Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. If you have an urgent order, please telephone.
Timed deliveries are not available, except for funeral tributes and weddings. You may add delivery requests at checkout and we will do our best, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Deliveries are attempted once. If the recipient is not home, we may leave the flowers with a neighbour if they agree, or we may return the flowers and leave a card with collection or re delivery instructions. If re delivery is required, an additional delivery charge may apply. We are not responsible for theft or damage if items are left in an agreed safe place or with a neighbour.
We take care of our flowers and aim to ensure freshness and quality at all times. If you have any concerns, please contact us promptly so we can help.
Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments placed on our website are processed securely. Card details are not held in clear text on the website.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Please note that the usual right to cancel for online purchases does not apply to goods that are made to order or liable to deteriorate rapidly, such as fresh flowers.
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, you are advised to report any issue within 1 working day of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will aim to agree a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the issue and the evidence provided.
